Not a sales call. A diagnostic session. You'll be asked about the number, the motion, and the explanation that's been circulating internally. No deck required.
The first call is a diagnostic session, not a pitch. The frame going in: you're deciding if this is a fit as much as Revenue Forge is deciding if you are. That posture changes everything about how it runs.
You'll be asked about the number: where it is, where it needs to be, and by when. About the motion: where things are converting and where they're stalling. About the explanation: the internal read on why things are where they are, and how long that's been the read.
At the end of the call there are two outcomes. Either: "Here's what I'd want to go deeper on before I could tell you what you actually need." Something specific gets named. Or: "I don't think this is the right fit, and here's why."
No ambiguous close. No follow-up deck that says nothing. One clear next step or an honest pass.
Revenue Forge is not for everyone. If you want validation rather than truth, there are other options. If you want someone who will tell you what you actually need, even when it isn't what you came in expecting, this is the right conversation to have.
